ABOUT US

The Wise Exchange was created by two sisters in order to facilitate an intellectual dialogue and to offer you resources for financial success. Think of us as a one-stop shop when it comes to your finances and knowledge! This blog is for you to enjoy, explore, and learn from. Our goal is to create awareness about personal finances, the market, and the state of the economy. We want to help you become the best you can be - financially, of course. You'll need a therapist for all the other problems you have (just joking)!

Click through the website to see how we can help and inform you! Don't forget to subscribe!

JASMINE WISE

Well, my name is Jasmine Wise. I am one of the creators of this site. A little bit about myself - I graduated from Susquehanna University with a Bachelor's in Finance. I know, you never heard of it. Well, just know it's in a small town in the middle of nowhere in Pennsylvania. I also recently graduated with my Master's in Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University. That is located in Richmond, VA.

I have a lot of experience in banking, particularly loan closing and underwriting - credit unions, retail banks, commercial banks - you name it.  I am originally from Baltimore, MD. I was born there and I grew up there. I have 1 brother and 3 sisters - you'll be able to meet one of them if you keep scrolling! P.S. she's my Irish Twin!

FAITH WISE

“In my experience, economists rarely believe passionately in, or care passionately for, the free market. They are generally more concerned to reveal the market's imperfections, to further their own professional importance.”

-Terence Kealey

Hello, my name is Faith Wise and I am a graduate of Virginia Union University with my Bachelor of Science in Accounting. I spent some time being educated on financial analysis. I am also a recent graduate of Georgia State University, where I received my Master of Arts in Economics. There, I was able to study hands on and researched the behavior and interactions of economic agents.

Throughout my professional career, I have always heard people voice their opinions about economics. The quote above pretty much sums up the assumptions. In this lifetime, we really question the intentions of the world and the purpose of our surroundings. I always made it my goal to help the people of our economy and I am here to help bring awareness about the economy in which we live.
